Summary

This 12-bar blues is close to the standard form, with a straightforward opening that stays on the I7 for the first four bars, giving singers and soloists plenty of room to settle into the groove and shape ideas without needing to chase quick harmonic movement. It moves to the IV7 in bars 5–6, returns to I7 in bars 7–8, then takes a slightly less typical turn in bar 10 by moving from the usual V7 in bar 9 up to vi minor 7 before resolving back to I7 for the final two bars. Overall, it feels accessible for players of all levels: simple and spacious through much of the form, but with just enough variation in the turnaround area to give improvisers something extra to outline.
